For the final 2023 list, I have saved the best for last, the best of the year that is. Here are my favorite ten films from 2023.

2023 was a pretty great year for physical media. We got so many great releases. Troma makes the leap to 4K with this collection of the four Toxic Avenger films.

The "other" film Jackie Chan made in 1992, Twin Dragons is an incredibly fun flick that gives us double the Jackie Chan action.

After what seemed like forever, we finally have a blu-ray of the Allison Anders / Alexandre Rockwell / Robert Rodriguez / Quentin Tarantino anthology film, Four Rooms.

Another video store classic, Bikini Drive-In, comes to blu-ray with a stacked disc loaded with special features and nice video and audio.

Mallrats is a film that I love and the fine folks over at Arrow Video have put together a really nice package with this two-disc blu-ray set, filled with special features along with a nice remastered picture. Fans will love this set and they should because it is that good.

Three years ago, Eureka! gave us the definitive blu-ray release of the Hong Kong horror/comedy/martial arts classic, Mr. Vampire. Now, they have given us "almost" all of the sequels that came along following the success of the original.

Umbrella unleashes the 'stach with five of Burt Reynolds most entertaining films and collects them in one awesome blu-ray set. This is a must-own for Reynolds fans.
