My name is James and I have been a film lover and collector since I was very young. I have memories of Christmas 1993, when I received my first VCR and a handful of VHSs, including Lethal Weapon, Predator, and Hard Boiled. Since then I have been collecting various formats, including VHS, DVD, Laserdisc, HD-DVD, and Blu-ray. I have amassed a collection of over 2,000 films in the various formats.
I have started this site because of my love of film and the formats they are available on, and because I want to be able to talk about releases that I find interesting. I cover a lot of genre stuff (horror, martial arts, monster movies, etc), but I also cover the normal everyday genres.
