Equinox...The Journey into the Supernatural isn't the best film out there, but it is a strong film with some great looking, homebrewed special effects that were created with love and for the craft. Equinox (1970) is a film re edited and added to without very much care nor talent. It is a fairly hollow experience.

Creepozoids is a fun as hell monster movie that knows how to show us a good time. The creature effects are a bit hokey and the acting is a bit odd at times, but director David DeCoteau is sure in his abilities to deliver the film that we came to see. The Mummy is a decent horror film that actually makes the Mummy scary. The blu-ray from Lionsgate U.K. is great in the audio/video department, but the special features are a bit unfocused.

How can a film called Monsterland have so few monsters?
